Instructions for Applicants

1. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in correctly.
2. After successful submission of the application form, an Acknowledgement Copy will be downloaded automatically to your device. Applicants must preserve this copy.
3. The automatically downloaded Acknowledgement Copy must be sent by email to gaggrecruitement@gmail.com along with all documents uploaded in the application form, including:
   • Resume/CV
   • Educational Qualification Certificates
   • Experience Certificates/Letters
4. Applicants must verify all information entered in the application form and ensure that all required documents are uploaded correctly before final submission. Wherever necessary documents may be merged together into a single file and uploaded.
5. Since the application process is fully digital, applicants are not required to submit any document physically.
6. Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.
7. If multiple applications are submitted by an applicant for a particular post, the application that is submitted last will be considered for evaluation.
8. Compliance with all the above instructions is mandatory. Non-compliance with any of the instructions, submission of incomplete information, or failure to send the required acknowledgement and supporting documents by email may lead to cancellation/rejection of the candidature.
